coyote dream

we were out in the backyard of this house we used to live in.  the dogs were in a big cage about the size of the backyard, but there was no official fence so other animals could get in.  the dogs were in the cage for protection from the rabid coyote.  the dogs weren't baron and gunner.  it was baron and winnie, but winnie was baron's sister instead of gunner's sister, and she looked exactly like baron, but more feminine.

we let the dogs out to potty and the coyote came toward us.  we got the dogs in the cage as soon as we could and then someone came through a gate beside the house.  i looked over to see who it was and why they dared enter the territory of the coyote.  it was dennis quaid.  and he had only one arm.  i told him to look out because there's a coyote over near the dog cage.  he said he knows...the coyote is the reason he only has one arm.

the next thing i know, dennis quaid has the dogs out of the cage, playing with them.  i yelled at him to put my dogs back in the cage so the coyote doesn't get them.  he did, and said we need to get rid of the coyote.

carleigh came out with a gun.  she handed me a bottle of saline and said to spray it in the coyote's eyes to distract him and she will shoot him.  so i sprayed the saline in his eyes and his eyes dilated and he sat down next to the cage.  carleigh pointed the gun at him and fired it, but no bullets came out.  she tried again  but nothing happened.  i said, "dude, what's wrong with your gun?"  she said she didn't know.  dennis quaid said, "hey, that guy has a gun" and pointed to a big guy.  the guy showed his gun to us but said we couldn't use it.

having to think of another way to kill the coyote, carleigh said to keep spraying him with saline, and she bent over the coyote and started cutting something on his back.  she said keep spraying him and he will die.  she went inside the house.

after a few minutes of spraying him with saline, the coyote put on a pair of sunglasses, blocking the saline.  but i had just run out of saline anyway.  then the coyote said, "man, this sucks.  look how black everyone looks."  and he started thrashing around trying to kill everything in his sight.

i ran inside the house and found carleigh.  she asked if it worked.  i said "no, he put on some sunglasses and now he's just pissed off!"

....then gunner jumped on the  bed and woke me up.  :-)
